In-game problem

5 posts in this topic

I have a bit of a problem guys, everything works fine except when I am in a game. The reaction time of all the buttons is odd and my arrow is lagging. That's exactly it, in Singleplayer It feels like there is tons of lag and I can't control anything... I have the latest Catalyst ATI Drivers and Direct X9, anything uncompatible? I have a very high end computer and I don't know why it's like this... There's also lots of wierd shaking I don't know what it is...

Can someone help me set the graphics settings correctly, I don't know which type of filtering I should use or if I should use medium, low, or high settings and which resolutions work best...

Are you using a wireless mouse and keyboard? Have you updated your motherboards chipset drivers?

I am using a wireless mouse and keyboard. I don't think I have update my motherboard chipset drivers... I have a ASUS K8V Deluxe, where should I update it?

Using the wireless mouse and keyboard could be part of the problem. Try updating to newer drivers for it. If that doesn't work, swap in a wired mouse and keyboard to see if the lag goes away.

I downloaded the mouse and keyboard software and it didn't work. I tried the wired keyboard and mouse and that still didn't work..... This is starting to frustrate me.... :P
